A week or so ago I bought four Phantom wheels on EBay. I love the wheels and have gotten many compliments on them already.
Before I had them mounted I noticed one of the hub caps was loose and discovered the spring clip on the inside was missing. I searched all the boxes but there was no clip to be found. I called your Northern California office and talked to a very nice guy. He then told me he would send the clip. I really didn't think it would ever show up, but today it arrived. I will tell everyone I know in the car customizing world about your awesome customer service. I makes me feel good that there are still companies out there that care about the customer after the sale.
