Return Policy

If you need to return an item please contact MaxSpeedPerformance.com at customerservice@maxspeedpeedperformance.com or by calling 1-877-SPEED79. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in new condition and in original packaging. All returns must be packed so that merchandise will not sustain shipping damage.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Electronics are no returnable for refund. Defective merchandise will be exchanged. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted. TEST FIT WHEELS BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES! Special Orders are not returnable.

Credit will be issued to the credit card originally used, paypal or merchandise credit only. Refunds by check will mailed to the address the product was shipped to.

Shipping is non refundable. All returns must be shipped prepaid by sender.

Shipping/Damage Claims

If you shipment arrived damaged or incomplete please contact MaxSpeedPerformance.com at 1-877SPEED79 immediately. Report any claims to the shipping company within 48 hours. Claims will not be accepted after 48 hours.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Merchandise sold covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is extended to the purchaser. MaxSpeedPerformance.com will be happy to help with obtaining manufacturer’s warranties. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
